Last year Promet Optics was a sponsor of the Ponytail Posse robotics team in their final season of the FTC robotics competition which included a trip to the world championships in Detroit, MI. Congratulations to the Dots for getting invited to the Global Innovation Award June 19-21, 2018, for their smart home device and application designed to measure water usage in a fun and easy way.  Keep up the awesome work!

Promet Optics was invited to present at the Spring 2018 Joint Avionics Fiber Optics Working Group, in Austin, TX, regarding SBIR Topic N092-118 Fiber Optic Connector Inspection Test Set.

Congratulations to the Dots Lego team for taking 3rd place in the Project Presentation Award at the World Lego Team Championships in Detroit. Promet is a proud sponsor of this Chippewa Junior High co-ed team.

Promet Optics is proud to sponsor the 5th annual Run with the Wolves 5K and Kids Fun Run! This popular community event, held on June 2nd, 2018, raises money for the Island Lake Elementary School library and literacy programs, while fostering a healthy lifestyle and community participation.
